Therapeutic Aqua Aerobics

If you have arthritis or a bone/joint condition, treat yourself to warm water and relieve aches and pains. No swimming skills are required in this class, which relieves bones of weightbearing stress as you strengthen muscles and joints. Specialized instruction will help you improve movement and flexibility.

Water Walking/Running

Swimming is not required! Walk in the lazy river (you’ll find it’s not really so lazy) to improve cardiovascular health, balance and flexibility. We offer two different types of walking classes: Water Walking, which meets twice a week, and Water Running, which meets once a week. Both classes mix up your workout with lazy river jets for resistance!
