SIRvivor BC: Prostate Cancer Exercise Program

16yrs and over SIRvivor BC is an evidence informed group-based exercise program for men with prostate cancer. This program is delivered twice a week for 10 weeks for men with low-to-moderate risk prostate cancer. The results show men improve their body composition, flexibility, dynamic balance and muscular endurance.

Pickleball Learn to Play

16yrs and Over Level 1/Learn to Play: Come learn and practice the skills needed to play this fun sport. This 3 – 4 week skill development program will teach you serving, groundstrokes, dinking and volley’s working with a partner. Please bring you own water, paddle, court shoes and pants with pockets. Paddles are available for purchase from your instructor for $75.
