Open for reservations! Reserve a lane in the main pool for a lap swim, or the leisure pool for moderate activity such as water walking, therapeutic exercise or casual swimming Activity time slots are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:30pm

Memberships

All current memberships remain on hold and cannot be used for timeslot reservations This includes 1, 3, 6 & 12 month memberships and 10 ticket pass cards

Aquatics Admission Fees

Single individual 1 hour

$6 75

Clients may request a membership refund backdated to the original date of closure until December 31, 2020 Membership refund requested after this date cannot be backdated

All specialized admission program passes are currently suspended This includes LIFE Passes, Access Passes and Volunteer Passes

Hot Tub Information

Our Hot Tub is complimentary to users who have reservations in the leisure or main pool

To ensure patron safety, space in the hot tub is limited to a maximum of 6 spaces and use is subject to the following guidelines:

Maintain 2m distancing at all times, including at the designated entry and exit

Sit at marked spaces only Families or people in the same “bubble” may sit at one space but be mindful of other patrons Caregivers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing appropriate behaviour and physical distancing

Know before you go

Each individual visiting the facility must have an activity time slot reserved (For example, families and care givers must have a time slot booked for each person attending) Limit time spent to 10 minute per round

Use of the hot tub is limited to the spaces and time available so is not guaranteed

Residents will be able reserve an activity timeslot a maximum of 48 hours in advance, Non-Residents will be able to reserve an activity timeslot a maximum of 36 hours in advance

Swimmers will be assigned their own single lane in the main pool

No public equipment or toys available at this time Swimmers are welcome to bring their own equipment, subject to staff approval, for personal use

Change rooms and amenities will be available on a limited basis for patrons attending aquatic activities Guests are encouraged to arrive prepared to swim, take a pre-swim cleansing shower, exit promptly and shower/change at home wherever possible All swimmers must exit the change room a maximum of 10 minutes after their reservation ends

Bottle fill stations are available through the facility, and water fountains are closed

The sauna and steam room remain closed at this time
