Goal: Create a vibrant Knowledge Park area 139 Main is fully leased with all thirty-seven apartment units and one retail space to be occupied. Additionally, Lat Purser and Associates and The Tuttle Company are completing site work at 108 East Main Street. The project will involve the construction of 89 apartment units.
