Altas Cocpo is constructing a 180,000-square-foot LEEDcertified manufacturing and office facility to handle the company’s expanded operations. The new facility will be located on 34 acres in Riverwalk Business Park, a mixed-use development with easy interstate access and employee-friendly amenities.


Goal: Provide for a coordinated transportation system that supports the City’s growth goals As of the end of June, 17 of 37 road segments from the current contract plus one delayed project from last year’s contract were completed. Completed projects include Dawnshire Avenue, Dutchman Drive, Meadow Glen Lane, Gateway Boulevard, Pendleton Street, and striping on Dunkins Ferry and Riverwalk Parkway.

The majority of open code enforcement cases are classified as a “Nuisance” or “Exterior Structure—Minor”. “Nuisance” violations include graffiti, overgrown grass, yard debris, and junk/derelict vehicles. “Exterior Structure—Minor” are structure violations that requires minimal skill, labor or materials to rectify; as an example, peeling paint on a structure.
