The average daily flow of the Manchester Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant for December was 9.7 million gallons per day (MGD). This is an increase with the December 2016 daily flow which was 9.0 MGD and an decrease from December 2015 daily flow which was also 13.6 MGD.
