On November 18, two grant funded Suzuki Dual Sport motorcycles were unveiled at Firehouse Subs 1366 on Canterbury Glen Lane. The motorcycles were funded through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. These units will be utilized for special events and patrolling city parks and the trail systems by the Rock Hill Police Department.

The average daily flow of the Manchester Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant for November was 9.4 million gallons per day (MGD). This is an increase with the November 2016 daily flow which was 9.0 MGD and an decrease from November 2015 daily flow which was also 13.6 MGD.
