The majority of open code enforcement cases are classified as a “Nuisance” or “Exterior Structure—Minor”. “Nuisance” violations include graffiti, overgrown grass, yard debris, and junk/derelict vehicles. “Exterior Structure—Minor” are structure violations that requires minimal skill, labor or materials to rectify; as an example, peeling paint on a structure.
