Well behaved off-leash dogs with their owners have three Santee locations to choose from: Woodglen Vista Park - Designated fenced dog park with mulch, open daily dawn to dusk Mast Park - Designated fenced dog park with mulch, open daily dawn to dusk. Dog Park divided by puppy, small dogs and large dogs. Features include doggie drinking fountain and agility equipment. Pickleball

Pickleball is a popular activity that combines elements of badminton, table tennis and tennis. It can be played with two or four players and is a great way to stay in shape and connect with fellow community members.

Eight dedicated pickleball courts with semi-permanent nets available year-round, open dawn - dusk All levels and beginners welcome. Volunteer attendants provide first time participants basic instruction, rules and loaner equipment. PARKING: Parking is limited in the Big Rock Park parking lot. Mast Park Disc Golf Course

Bring your family and friends for an engaging round of play on this challenging nine-hole course. The course features two tees per hole, offering a total of 18 holes of fun for all ages and skill levels.

Fees/Procedures • Disc golf user fees in place to offset course maintenance expenses. • Automated payment machine located on west side of the concession stand. (credit cards only, no cash) • Youth under 18 years – Free (no charge). • Adult Day Pass (18 years and over) –$4/weekdays and $5/weekends. • Receipts are issued at the payment machine: All adult disc golf players must have a dated pass in their possession during play. • Receipts must be presented to Park Monitor upon request. • Monthly Adult Pass $20/Santee residents and $25/Non-residents - purchase through www.SanteeRec.com (service fee applies) or at the Community Services Department. Passes bought in person will be available for purchase on the 20th of each month for the following month. • Unlimited rounds of play for Day/Monthly Pass. (dawn – dusk) Course Courtesy • Respect park neighbors; keep volume down, especially during early morning hours and by holes 5 & 6. • This is a family friendly park, refrain from using foul language. • Keep dogs on leash at all times • Never throw when players or park users are within range. Always give park users the right of way. Be aware of your surroundings and environment. • Do not go into private property to retrieve lost discs. • Stand behind the player who is throwing until throw is complete. • Remain quiet and avoid unnecessary movements while others are throwing. • Remove disc from basket after completing the hole. • Help new players learn the rules. • Allow faster groups to play through when possible. • Do not alter the course (trees, bushes, etc.) in any way.
