STAGE 1 The City of Southlake is implementing Stage 1 water restrictions effective June 3 at the direction of the Fort Worth Water Department and the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD).

Southlake Alarm Permit. The alarm

limits outdoor watering with an irrigation system or hose-end sprinkler to a maximum of two assigned days per week for all customers. Allowed watering days are based on the last number of your address.

Garbage cans are not provided by the City of Southlake. Residents should purchase a receptacle NO LARGER THAN 33 GALLONS from the retailer of their choice. Residents should also check with their Home Owner’s Association (HOA) regarding any requirements they might have about color or style of can.

Garbage and recycling days are based on your address in the city. Please refer to the enclosed map to determine your days. You must call and schedule a pickup time if you have large bulk items for disposal. The phone number for Republic Services is 817-3172424. Customer is allowed 2 free bulk pickups a year. Please contact Republic Services to schedule this.

If you are moving into a new home, your recycle cart will be delivered as soon as possible.

Online payments are a quick and easy way to pay your utility bill by the due date

You will register your account and customer I.D. with your own unique username and password

Paying online will take you to a completely different site that is secure and closely monitored. There will be no convenience fee for online payments.
