The long awaited online payment program is now available for our residents and businesses that choose to use this payment option. Please note:

1. Online payments are a quick and easy way to pay your utility bill by the due date 2. You will register your account and customer I.D. with your own unique username and password 3. Paying online will take you to a completely different site that is secure and closely monitored 4. You will have (2) two online payment options: credit card or e-check

Introducing Online Payments and Paperless Billing! Online Payments Beginning March 28th the City of Southlake is providing a new online payment system through Paymentus! This system is user friendly, secure and will be available to our customers 24/7 with no additional fees! Online features include: Pay by credit card, debit card or E-check with no additional fees and real time payment confirmation. Ability to save your payment information for future use. Current balance, consumption history and past billing statements. Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) which allows payment over the phone by calling The City of Southlake’s automated line at 1-855-385-8432. Register online at www.cityofsouthlake.com!

Paperless Billing Paperless billing allows you to receive your bill wherever you are via e-mail! Your billing date, due date, and other account information stays the same. Your bill will just be sent via e-mail instead of through the postal service. To make any updates to this enrollment please complete the enrollment form online at www.cityofsouthlake.com or call the Utility Billing at 817.748.8051 and a form can be sent to you. When you enroll you should receive an e-mail every billing cycle. Regardless of the receipt of email notifications, you must pay your bill by the designated due date. Non receipt of an email does not alter due dates, late fees or other fees associated with non-payment of your utility bill. If you do not receive your paperless bill it is possible that your spam filter may be deleting the email file. Late notices will not be sent electronically. These statements will be mailed via United States Postal Service. I (we) authorize the City of Southlake to send my monthly water service bill electronically via e-mail. I understand that I will not receive a paper bill sent to me as long as I am signed up for paperless billing. Once enrolled I will be responsible for ensuring receipt of the e-mail. Alarm Permit Information The purpose of obtaining an alarm permit is to encourage alarm users and alarm businesses to maintain operational reliability and properly use alarm systems to reduce or eliminate False Alarm Dispatch Requests. Resolving and preventing false alarms is a joint responsibility of the alarm user and the alarm company. Identify the cause of every false alarm and contact your alarm company for alarm system maintenance and/or additional training on how to properly use the alarm system.

Effective October 1, 2008 per Resolution# 08-013 Alarm Permit fees are as follows: Residential: $35.00 Annual Fee Commercial: $50.00 Annual Fee For billing purposes, all Alarm Permit Applications must be sent to Finance Administration effective immediately. Alarm Permits must be renewed annually. You will receive an invoice from Finance Administration when your permit has expired. When you receive the invoice, you will be required to complete and submit a new application along with payment of the annual fee. Please fill out the application completely and legibly. Incomplete and/or illegible applications will not be processed. Please remit payment along with Alarm Permit Application (Do not mail cash)
