Please refer to the website in order to pay your water bill or make changes to your account.
Your deposit of $75 and an application fee of $15 will be listed on your first bill as MISC.
Pursuant to City Ordinance 788, all Southlake residential and commercial properties that have an active alarm system capable of dispatching Police or Fire Services, must obtain a City of Southlake Alarm Permit. The alarm permit application is located online under the Southlake Police Department
Payments made in the office must be made in cash, check or credit card. Payments made in drop box after 5:00 pm will be credited the next business day. Our online payment system is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Payments made via our online portal are posted in 24 to 48 hours. If a Proof of Residence is needed for school, it can be provided upon request.
If you are moving into a newly constructed home, your recycle cart will be delivered as soon as possible.
Garbage cans are not provided by the City of Southlake. Residents should purchase a receptacle
NO LARGER THAN 33 GALLONS from the retailer of their choice. Residents should also check with their Home Owner’s Association (HOA) regarding any requirements they might have about color or style of can.
Garbage and recycling days are based on your address in the city. Please refer to the enclosed map to determine your days. You must call and schedule a pickup time if you have large bulk items for disposal. The phone number for Community Waste Disposal is (972) 392-9300/ Option 2.
Water Restrictions
Southlake has adopted a permanent twice-perweek watering schedule (City’s Code of Ordinances) to restrict the watering of landscapes and lawns using automatic irrigation systems between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. every day, regardless of rainfall conditions. The purpose of this year-round restriction is to prevent the unnecessary loss of water to evaporation during the hottest hours of the day. Watering during these hours is permitted only if using a hand-held hose.

• Online payments are a quick and easy way to pay your utility bill by the due date
• Paying online is simple and easy. There will be no convenience fee on online payments.
• You have the option to make a one time payment with a credit or debit card and the option to sign up for recurring credit card.
• Payments made online before midnight will be posted to your utility account the next business day

You now have online access to your hourly water usage information.
As part of Southlake’s ongoing efforts to improve services to our customers, we now offer you direct and secure access to your water usage data. Southlake Water Utilities EyeOnWater suite of available tools includes a secure online website and smart phone app to review and analyze your usage patterns.

Southlake is expanding its recycling service with the Community Cardboard Collection Dumpsters (C3).
Residents can now recycle cardboard and paper products ONLY in the C3 dumpsters located at Bicentennial Park. The front of the dumpsters is equipped with slits for easy disposal of broken-down boxes and paper products. Residents will have 24/7 access to these dumpsters in a safe, monitored location.
Location of the C3 Dumpsters:
They are located on the east side of Bicentennial Park between the tennis courts and the operations building of the community services department, or at 200 Unity Way
