Spin - Tuesdays, 5:45pm Jan. 24-Feb. 28 SPINNING is a fun, athletic workout that closely mimics a true biking experience, all from the comforts of an indoor studio! Speed, terrain and intensity vary in each class, improving cardiovascular endurance and boosting lower-body strength. This class will be taught by Michele Helland.
Strength and Sweat - Mondays, 5:30am Jan. 23-Feb. 27 STRENGTH AND SWEAT consists of a series of strength, cardio, and core exercises performed consecutively during each training session. Class format is easy to follow and will change from week to week to keep the body guessing. Exercise modifications will be provided to challenge all fitness levels.
