URBAN SEARCH AND RESCUE The Solano County Urban Search and Rescue Team (USAR), which is comprised of firefighters from multiple agencies across the county, executed a sophisticated confined space and high angle training drill at the Mare Island Dry Docks. The county Urban Search and Rescue Team trains quarterly to prepare for rescue scenarios that may arise from emergencies such as earthquakes and industrial accidents.
