Dishing Out Fresh, Local Fare
North High to Partner with Area Farmers
North High Brewing Company is partnering with local farmers to bring new, inspired dishes to the table. The restaurant is located in COhatch (240 S. State St.).
This summer, North High plans to source fresh produce and ingredients at the weekly Saturday Farmers Market in Uptown to create unique dishes for their Saturday brunch menu, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cucumbers and other fresh produce will be sourced locally from the farmers market and turned into staple menu items, such as North High’s fried pickle appetizer. Innovative dishes will be on rotation throughout the summer, with limited quantities available.
“Our chefs are excited to begin this new venture and use locally grown ingredients to incorporate in our ‘farmers market special’ brunch offering,” said Jessica Gesue, Head of Administration at COhatch.
