Whether offered through curbside collection, drop-off or through online sign-ups, residents have responded in droves to opportunities to make better use of their waste. Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection Saturday, May 14 Westerville Public Service hosts the Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection on Saturday, May 14 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Public Service Complex (350 Park Meadow Rd.) Please enter from Schrock Road. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, improper disposal of at-home household hazardous waste can cause dangerous conditions for sanitation personnel and the environment, including natural water sources. Westerville works with partner organizations to ensure items brought to the collection event are disposed of safely. Find event updates at www.westerville.org/hhw.
