The City of Westerville recognizes the significant impact police, firefighters and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel have on our community. Join us in honoring the courageous members of the Westerville Division of Police (WPD) and Westerville Division of Fire (WFD) on these important dates.

Light Ohio Blue

Westerville community members are invited to join the effort to “Light Ohio Blue” in honor of the WPD, their families and all other law enforcement agencies. Residents and business members can show support by displaying blue exterior lighting on homes and businesses. Visit www.lightohioblue.org to learn about the campaign.

Community Engagement

WFD and WPD regularly engage with residents during community events, including the Westerville Saturday Farmer’s Market, Mount Carmel St. Ann’s 4th Fridays, Uptown Concerts and the Summer Concert Series. For more information, visit www.westerville.org/events
