Link Alliance is building City Rail Link and we’re looking for Māori and Pacific rangatahi to join our megaproject

Link Alliance

Link Alliance is a consortium of seven companies, including City Rail Link Ltd. The team work together to deliver the biggest package of City Rail Link (CRL) works, which includes the tunnels, main stations, rail systems, and a redeveloped Maungawhau / Mount Eden Station.

We are a diverse and experienced team who are committed to realising the outstanding legacy the CRL project will leave for Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

Progressive Employment Programme

• Designed to provide rangatahi (youth) with structured support and opportunities to develop skills that can lead to full, paid employment within the construction industry

• 16-week paid internship

• Progressive working hours; starting from 10 hours a week onsite and gradually increasing to 28 hours a week

• 1-on-1 mentoring and hands-on experience provided

• Personal development and micro credentials offered throughout the programme

21 hours a week. Three 7 hour days

Weeks 3-4

14 hours a week. Two 7 hour days

28 hours a week. Four 7 hour days Weeks 1-2

10 hours a week. Two 5 hour days
