After her battle with breast cancer about four years ago, Clements rekindled her interest in art.

“Being with a lot of other women during treatment … I reflected about how difficult it must have been for other women,” Clements says. “I drove my own car to my treatment. Some of these women didn’t have transportation, and that’s not easy to handle when you’re sick.”

She united her art with her desire to lend a hand, with the help of the OhioHealth Foundation.

“Funds have been used to purchase wigs and help eliminate any barriers in terms of transportation,” Glasgow says. Visit www.locksandalift.com for more information.
