Uptown Westerville Inc. Uptown Westerville Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit charity and a public-private partnership comprised of Uptown business and property owners, residents and representatives of major institutions in Westerville - the City, the School District, the Chamber of Commerce, the Library and Otterbein University.
Uptown Westerville offers activities to enjoy throughout the year. The Uptown Cookie Walk, Ghost Story Tours, street festivals on the Fourth Friday of each month from May through October, a seasonal Saturday Farmers Market, concerts on the City Hall Courtyard, an uber local craft beer festival, and an array of activities during the Holidays. Uptown Westerville is also a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) where you can enjoy an adult beverage as you walk and shop.
