Dan has spent his whole career in the relocation and senior moving industry. With over 30 years of experience, Dan is a nationally recognized expert in senior relocation management. He has personally helped hundreds of clients move all across the United States transitioning to new and exciting lifestyles in all types of senior retirement communities. His company, American Transitions, is a Maryland based company and is a trusted partner and advisor with Cascades Verdae. The company provides Realtor® selection recommendations, relocation and downsizing advice and move management assistance to many current and future members who call Cascades Verdae home.
Ginger serves the Greenville community and Cascades as one of our preferred real estate agents. She is an integral part of the C. Dan Joyner Co. Realtors where she is consistently a top producer for the company. Her relationship with Cascades has also been beneficial to our members and prospective members as she has assisted with more than a dozen of our current members’ sale of their home and successful relocation to Cascades Verdae.
