CJS Research Seminar Series Spring Semester Part I
The Centre for Japanese Studies invites you to attend its Research Seminar Series. These guest talks are held throughout the year on Wednesday evenings and feature researchers and academics presenting on a wide variety of topics relating to Japan. This semester, the seminar series is being held in the Lawrence Stenhouse Building (LSB) on the UEA campus in Room 01.21. Doors open at 5:15pm with the seminars beginning at 5:30pm, and are followed by a wine reception and informal discussion. To kick off the programme, we will have not one, but TWO seminars in the first week of February. During this week, we are delighted to welcome two academics from Japan: on Wednesday 6th February, we are hosting Professor Naoyuki Ono from Tohoku University, and on Thursday 7th February, we will welcome Professor Kojiro Hirose from Japan’s National Museum of Ethnography. The seminars are free to attend, and no advanced registration is necessary, so please come along! 6th February
