International Exchange Policies and Quality Standards Annual Revision Process The following are the outputs for revision to be made to the International Exchange Policies and Quality Standards (IXPQS). The International Exchange Policies and Quality Standards are revised each year according to the following process: 1. Virtual inputs received from all stakeholders a. On-going: The Exchange Measurement surveys are designed to receive inputs from TN takers and Exchange Participants. b. Time-bound: There will be a virtual process opened annually to collect inputs from the network (MCs and LCs) 2. Physical exchange strategic meeting a. International Congress: There will be a working group hosted at each International Congress to review the policies and identify areas of revision. b. There will be a revision during the physical meeting of the Global Exchange Teams (Exchange Quality Board and Exchange Management Unit) to provide further inputs. 3. AIESEC International a. The AIESEC International team will also review the policies and provide their inputs. 4. Steering Team a. If required: The Steering Team would provide inputs to policies with respect to innovation in delivery of the exchange program. The annual timeline of reviewing the policies and releasing the revised policies will be as follows: Date August (International Congress) November December January March (XPros)
Activity Working group and virtual forums for the network are opened. Physical exchange meeting Steering team meeting (to be used only if required!) Final review Release and education to the network of the policies.
