MARKET STATISTICS March appeared to follow in February's footsteps by staying a hot, busy market! Houses continued to sell quickly and for top dollar all throughout Alachua county. Will the market be able to keep this up in the coming months?

OUR TRANSACTION COORDINATOR McCall was most recently the Director of Stepping Stones Preschool at Trinity United Methodist Church. She began her growth journey at Trinity in 2008 serving as a childcare worker part-time serving families by caring for their children. Over the 12 years she worked at Trinity she grew to serve many roles within the Children’s

Ministries department. Her devotion for Early Childhood Education and serving families with young children ultimately led to her serving as the Assistant Director of Stepping Stones and ultimately becoming the Director. In her time as Director, McCall helped the program thrive and blossom. She passionately led the school as they learned up-to-date best practices,
McCall is passionate about everything she does, she gives nothing else than 110%, and she cares deeply for everyone she knows. She loves learning and has fully embraced the complexities of learning a new industry with excitement and a positive attitude. She models the core values of The Mills Group Team and we’re fortunate to have her as an integral part of our team.
implemented new technology and systems, and underwent a large facilities and equipment renovation. Her biggest challenge as the director was helping the school thrive amidst a global pandemic. Her dedication for the Stepping Stones mission and serving the community kept her spirit alive and motivated her to ensure school resumed against all odds.
Outside of work, McCall loves spending time with her family, being outside and enjoying good food. She and her husband, Morgan, recently sold their 3rd home and are in the process of building a new home in the heart of Gainesville! So, when she’s serving you throughout your selling or buying process you can know that she understands what you’re going through, is here to support you, and can truly relate to you.
