Choice of Photographer’s 2014 Packages:
wedding date, all Fees paid to the date of cancellation are not refundable. If the Photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the Services specified in this Agreement, the Photographer will try to book a replacement photographer pho subject to the Couple’s approval. If a replacement photographer cannot be found, then liability is limited to a refund of any Fees received to the date of cancellation.

The Couple understands that the Fee includes Photographer’s services to attend on the date above and to photograph the agreed upon scope of events. Fees for a 2014 Collection lection include the services and products included in the Photographer’s 2014 brochure, a copy of which has been provided to the Couple. If the Couple has not chosen a Collection, the Fee includes the Services described in this contract. The Fee does NOT include any other services or products. xtras: prints, photo albums, art work, and other Available extras: photographic products will be ordered separately and are subject to additional fees: Payment Terms: 50% of the Fee is due on signing this agreement; balance is due thirty (30) days prior to wedding date. The Photographer is not obligated to attend to photograph the wedding unless the Fee is paid in full. Refunds: The 50% retainer is not refundable in any circumstances UNLESS the Photographer cancels this contract, OR UNLESS the Photographer rebooks your wedding ng date within 90 days of cancellation. In the event the Photographer rebooks your date within 90 days of cancellation, 25% of the retainer is refundable. If the Couple cancels the wedding or the services for whatever reason, and the Photographer is unable le to rebook your

The Photographer’s engagement is exclusive. The Couple have not ot and will not hire another still photographer. The Couple and the Photographer will cooperate and communicate with each other to achieve the best possible result. The Couple will provide the Photographer with sufficient information prior to the wedding regarding r the Couple’s particular wishes. However, the Photographer is not responsible for: a. Lack of cooperation of photo subjects or guests b. Rules and regulations of the venue c. Acts of God The Photographer retains copyright of the photographs. Depending on the e final products purchased by the Couple, the Photographer grants to the Couple permission to make copies of images under the following strict conditions: (i) images are for the person use of the Couple; (ii) selling, publication or any commercial use of the t images is not permitted; (iii) alteration of the images in any manner and removal of any watermarks is strictly prohibited. The Couple grants the photographer the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Couple for editorial, competition, etition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, and to alter the photographs without restriction. The Couple hereby release the Photographer from all liability and claims in connection with the images. The Photographer has working methods and tools in place to mitigate the risk that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s reasonable control. In these circumstances, liability is limited to the return of Fees paid for the Services.
