Reflection : Spirit web
I was very excited to start this project because it offered me an opportunity to think in different way. I appreciated the way we chose our topic because it offered a way to broaden our thinking and discover something outside the box. It was interesting designing something that didn’t have to “solve a problem” because as designers we are constantly trying to fix things. It was nice to think of something in pure visual form, but have a lot of research to back it up. I had trouble creating visuals for the first few steps of the project because I wasn’t sure how I wanted to represent all the data obtained by the users. When I finally figured out I wanted it to be in a web form things really clicked. In the end I am very happy with how the project turned out visually and I think it would be really cool if it could actually be made.
