Letter From executive Director The 7th annual Peach Jam Jubilee was a huge success. Those who attended did not let a summer thunderstorm dampen their evening as they poured back on to the field after the shower to hear the Tip Tops perform.

By any measure this Peach Jam was a memorable one. From the large number of vendors, to the children’s attractions, to the live entertainment, to the antique tractors, to the game bus, and even to the interruption, we will

not soon forget it.

We now know that the Clanton City Park is definitely the right venue, and we know that the crowd who attended the first six years will follow the jam to the park.

Kudos to our Board of Directors as they led in this endeavor, and many thanks to a host of volunteers who made it happen on the field.

clanton grooves to peach jam The seventh annual Chilton County Peach Jam Jubilee did not let a little rain stop the show. After an evening thunderstorm, residents, children and vendors climbed from under their tents and umbrellas to hear the soulful band the Tip Tops. The event also included vendors, games and rides for kids and an opening act, Southern Pride. Photos from the Jam can be found on the next two pages.
