1 - Will I be able to receive calls to my lost mobile on another device? Ans : Yes. That’s at the core of ForgotMyPhone’s functionality. Using codes provided by your network provider, you can activate call forwarding to the device of your choice. 2 - Does call forwarding need an internet connection? Ans : No. The call forwarding functionality does not require that your primary phone be connected to the internet.


3 - What are the network providers who currently provide service codes for this? Ans : We have activated call forward service using codes from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and Tmobile. 4 - How does the ForgotMyPhone app protect my phone data? Ans : With the ForgotMyPhone app, you can lock your primary phone and prevent third-party access to it by sending a request from your secondary phone to the centralized web server, which in turn directs your primary phone to lock itself. 5 - How does the ForgotMyPhone app enable location tracking? Ans : You can send a location tracker request from your secondary phone to the web server. This prompts the primary phone to reply with its location.


6. How can I locate my phone if it has been misplaced nearby? Ans : The ForgotMyPhone app comes with a Siren functionality which when enabled, sounds a siren from your primary phone helping you locate it. 7. Is it possible to retrieve lost data with the ForgotMyPhone app? Ans : Your data will never be lost if you enable the lock functionality as soon as you find out that you’ve misplaced your phone. So, no question of losing your data!
