Spectrum

2024

Supervisor : Andrea Manfredi, Marco Donati.

Teamwork : Clara Sinodinos, İlke Kahyacı, Yazmin Perez Rulfo Corona, Anavi Garcia, Jennifer Jideonwo

Spectrum III is a retail project for the streetwear concept store Spectrum. The company is community driven by the skate & graffiti culture which it stands on.

We took this as an opportunity to shed a light on the people that form the community. Our Spectrum store focuses on a personnalized questionnaire destining you to a specific pod, showcasing futuristic retail methods. Our space is cashier free and each pod includes screens to assist clients. The brief asked for a dual space, both cultural & commercial : by night, our space transform and become a nightclub and a bar.

SPECTRUM III LAYOUT NIGHT PLAN

Day - Section C

Night - Section C

Entry

Each new room is framed by colored concrete, letting any peak of our space be directly understable by its harmony.

The cafe or bar !

Our inner architecture is not made to only host the store but also to be a place of visit, where friends and stranger sit to wonder.

The cafe or bar !

Detail, T-Slot bar table.

During the day - Corridor to pods, magazine display

Piled after one another, our pods are slightly inverted to invite you to wonder wich cubicle is yours.

During the day - Fitting room & Pick-up area

A «communal» fitting room forced by an absence of mirror in the changing room.

During the night - Nightclub & Bar

Thanks to a truss system surrounding our false ceiling, any light design imaginable is possible for the nightclub.

ATHLETIC POD

The first cubicle re-interpretes the color palette of the athletism track-ground and light, made to display clothes from the athletic trend. Using the grid as a language, the intertwining bar geometry is the perfect tool for a seasonal retail display, allowing metal plates and hoocks to be placed wherehever.

OUTDOORSY

The second cubicle re-interpretes the feeling of roughness of the climbing an being outdoor. Using a series of smashed rock slabs to easily re-creates the essence of unpurity.

URBAN EXPLORER

Inspired by the exploration of man-made environement, this pod’s design is characterised by the reuse of construction’s site objects as metal chains and slabs, pipes and concrete blocks.

Concrete rack technical detail.

FUTURIST

Re-using old electric cables, and over-using led screens and pannel lighting, this atmosphere is supposed to feel emphasize the opressiveness of the pod, and therefore of the future. Our main display is a central podium in metal intertwined with glass box, to display sunglasses or accessories. On the ground, a gradiant purple light completes our dynamic space.

Book House

Supervisor : Maurizio Scalzi 2023-2024

Team : Clara Sinodinos, İlke Kahyacı, Yazmin Perez Rulfo Corona

The Book House is designed as a small sample of what it feels like to be in a grand library.

The house serves two main purposes: the publishing office and the CEO’s residency.

The planning of the house is made not to separate both, but on the contrary, to put them in their obvious juxtaposition.

The importance of the book in our client’s house, office, and life naturally made its way to the structureof the Book House, making it omnipresent. There isn’t a space in this house where you don’t feel tempted, almost pushed, to pick a book.

My contribution to this project is the concept thinking, all 3D Modeling using Sketchup + Vray and in a second part reworking the floorplans using Autocad for this portfolio.

Our house is a narrow house, being 4 meters large,6 meters height and 12 meters deep. However, our house still feels open thanks to a floor-to-ceiling opening, topped by a roof window.

Terrasse - Ressourcing area

Made of carved concrete replicating the color of the whole house, the terrace seamless and integreates its surrounding landscape by letting the water slowly approach. to its side. The chaise longue are aside the water, making it feel almost as if you were dipping your feet.

In-Nature

Supervisor : Francesco Allasina 2024

Team : Clara Sinodinos, Francesca Lilli, Arthur Rodrigues Trigueiro

A brief renovation study on a future coworking space situated in rural Pontechianale by the Alpes and nature. Following the pathway of vernacular architecture, our conceptual project isn’t making a mark in the village, rather joining what is already here.

Enhancing this idea, our space never feels truly inside. Provoking outdoor views and intertwining nature inside & out, our space is the essence of all that surrounds it.

My contribution to this project is the concept & layout thinking, concept diagram drawings, the illustration of the floorplan (without *) using photoshop as well as the 3D Modeling using sketchup & Enscape.

House 1

Renovation plan

To create a dialogue with the surrounding, we are extending the first floor with a veranda, using the existing pillars, beams and ceilings of the porsh as our supporting structure.

In order to bring the sensitivity of nature indoor and letting nature pass through, we are dividing the existing roof in 2 whilst adding a bridge to connect both sides.

Completely immersing the house with grass & flower following the topography & road line of its environnement.

Chloe’s Stand

Autor : Clara Sinodinos

Supervisor : Jean Baptiste Pilli, Olivier Bonenfant

Chloe’s stand is a fictive 3d project, imagining a concrete atmosphere for the new release of the Nomade perfume. Both the product and the stand were modelized using 3ds Max (with vray) supported by substance painter.
