Plunge into Culture!

For 11 years creative people in the Clarence Valley have collaborated to create a month-long program of events to inspire educate and entertain locals and visitors to the area. What better way to shed layers of fatigue from three years of fires, floods and pandemic than by gathering together, sharing and creating memories through arts and culture. Council is proud to encourage and support the Plunge Festival and continue its advocacy for the arts and culture sector. This program contains information on events, exhibitions, performances, and workshops coming up in April. I encourage everyone to get involved and support our local small businesses, volunteer organisations, artisans, musicians, and performers involved with the festival.

Thank you to the businesses and organisations who present inspired work and opportunities for us to experience, and to the community who continues to support the growth of the cultural economy of the Clarence Valley.

We have a rich and diverse culture in the Clarence, and I hope to see you out and about at a Plunge event during April.
