Fun fact: The Octopus Cyanea can be found all across the North Solitary Islands Marine Park just off Wooli. It has a body around 20cm long with arms up to a metre in length.

Humpback whale songs can be heard 160 km away and last around 20 mins.

Just like mum, female humpbacks have best friends forever and like many of us humans, they like to catch up on the north coast of NSW every year.

It’s true! Grafton’s Jacaranda festival is the oldest floral festival still celebrated in Australia.
