Study Abroad with Partner Institutions
If you’re looking for a classic study abroad experience, look no further. We have formal partnerships with many universities across the globe, and courses are taught in English. We have exchange agreements with our partners that allow us to send and receive a specific number of students per year. Choose to spend a full academic year, a semester or part of a summer living and learning in another country while taking a mix of unique courses and courses that count toward your major. You may also consider extending your semesterlong experience by arranging an internship abroad to begin after your study abroad ends.

Who Can Go:
Majors:
All majors.
GPA Requirement:
2.7 recommended.
When to Go: Junior year is typically the best time, but other years are considered. Apply by the end of January for the following academic year for Round 1 (fall or spring travel), and by the end of March for Round 2 (spring only).
What It Costs: Because you are still a Clarkson student, tuition is paid to Clarkson. Fees for housing are paid to the partner university or an area provider. Each student’s financial aid package remains the same during the study abroad exchange semester. Travel to and from the partner institution, personal travel and experiences, visa/residency permit and meals are not included in the costs paid to Clarkson or the partner institution.
