Abarca Health LLC seeks a Manager, Analytics. Main responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the reporting functions and distribution of information across internal /external parties; Analysis of claims data, investigate operational and clinical opportunities; Perform root cause analysis using understanding of overall business; Prioritize reporting needs; Development of KPI’s, dashboards and departmental scorecards; Support ad hoc reporting requests from customers; Oversees the day-to-day operations of Specialists; Validate business logic and document accurate sources of data; Reporting/Querying testing and development; Act as project leader providing the direction required for meeting objectives; Communicate results to clients and staff including well-organized presentations, oral/written to reflect methods used, key decision points with detail to support comprehension of analysis; Collaborate with all facets of the projects stakeholders in the development of key Decision Support initiatives; Develop processes for data collection, mining, and standardization and identify proper use of tools; Ability to work in a collaborative environment; Lead in the planning, design, and creation of reports, Dashboards and Scorecards; Assure the integrity of data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis; Verify the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data; Work with resources to identify and address data quality issues when they arise; Work closely with the BI team to determine appropriate data warehouse architecture and data modeling designs to maximize benefits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistical Analysis, Healthcare Management or related field. Twenty-four (24) months of experience in a role requiring information analysis & various forms of report deliverables. Experience in a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and proficiency in

Faculty positions (Full-time & Part-time): Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, Maxillofacial Surgeon, Pediatric Dentist, and Orthodontists
Qualifications: DMD/DDS degree from a U.S. or Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or a comparable degree. Advanced specialty training: Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, Maxillofacial Surgeon, Pediatric Dentist, or Orthodontists.
Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs
Qualifications: DMD/DDS degree from a U.S. or Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or a comparable degree. Experience with the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and preparation for CODA accreditation would make for a preferred candidate. At least seven (7) years of academic and administrative experience in related roles at a CODA accredited DMD/DDS program.
Director of Academic Department of Community Dentistry, Research and Behavioral Sciences
Qualifications: PhD and/or DMD/DDS degree from a U.S. or Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or a comparable degree. Master’s degree in public health and/or in Clinical Research would make for a preferred candidate. Experience with the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and preparation for CODA accreditation would make for a preferred candidate. At least five (5) years of experience in dental education, public health education or equivalent experience.
