OUR GUIDELINES & POLICIES EVENT ATTENDANCE: Final guest count for an event must be received three (3) business days prior to the event. This count becomes your guaranteed number and is not subject to reduction. If attendance is more than 10% above the guaranteed number, we will make every effort to accommodate your group. However, we cannot guarantee availability of additional items as specified in the original order and will be substituted accordingly.

UNUSED FOOD OR BEVERAGES: Any leftover food or beverage remains the property of Classique Event Planning & Catering.

MENU MODIFICATIONS: Any changes to a confirmed order must be received 24 hours prior to the delivery time of order; Changes must be confirmed via phone/ email with your Catering Manager.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT FEES: All orders must be confirmed with credit card authorization or company cheque. A 25% estimated non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Outstanding balance is processed on the day of event date unless otherwise specified and arranged by a Catering/Event Manager. A1.5% - 2.5% processing charge is applicable to credit card payments.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations must be confirmed by phone/ email no later than 2:00 pm on the prior business day; 50% service charge will apply for any order canceled after that. DELIVERY MINIMUM/CHARGES: There will be a minimum $200 food and beverage charge before delivery and taxes. Standard delivery charge is $25.00; charges will vary based on delivery location; Please confirm charges with your Catering Manager.

ALLERGIES/SPECIAL MEALS: Classique’s HACCP kitchen will take every precaution to prevent cross contamination, but cannot accept liability should any allergic reaction occur. Please speak with your Catering Manager regarding any special meal requirements.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Classique reserves the right to substitute any menu items due to availability and market conditions. Events over $1,500 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Remaining 50% required on date of event.

Classique will make every effort to have all deliveries arrive at assigned times. However we cannot be held responsible for extreme traffic conditions; (i.e. road closures, traffic volume and accidents, severe weather conditions).
