STRAIGHT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH
THE EDITOR The first phase of the play area at Bradbury road is finished. We do hope the youngsters are pleased with the new area. This issue also highlights the problem on the estates of litter and dumping of anything and everything - any ideas to combat this nasty vision of visitors to our estates are welcome let us know at a meeting of CLAW or Facebook, Twiiter or email.
Claw members went along with Phil Lomas from WVHT and the Forrest Site Manager to check finished work had been done satisfactorily. Where WVHT wasn’t happy more “snagging” and remedial was ordered before sign off. Our best wishes to Phil and speedy recovery who is in hospital currently.
READY …STEADY …. GO !!
FIRST PHASE OF PLAYGROUND BEGINS
A group of CLAW residents and the future generation of CLAW made the inaugura first dig of soil to commence work on Phase One of the Bradbury Road playground. The scheme was awarded by Weaver Vale Housing Trust to the winners of the “FIX IT” competition which was entered by pupils from Willow Wood Primary school.
