CCDI GIVES BACK
Earth Day Tree Planting
Every Spring, CCDI plans a service project for our students to participate in as a way to engage and give back to the communities we help serve. This year, our project landed on Earth Day… and what better way to celebrate than by planting trees! CCDI students, alumni and volunteers teamed up to plant trees and shrubs at Delmar DivINe that were donated by Clayco! Many of our students had the opportunity to tour this awesome project as it was being renovated and several of our program alumni were tradesmen and women who actually worked on this building. We are happy to see all the life and love this project embodies; Maxine Clark is a true visionary! Thank you to Matt Drobak of Clayco and Neil Eisenberger of LJC for leading the efforts to make this service project possible.
