BUILD MY FUTURE EVENT - STLCC

CCDI teamed up with North Technical to participate in the Build My Future event at STLCC- Florissant Valley. Over 1,000 area high school students attended the event to learn about the many pathways in our industry. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick Hanneken, Mr. Byron Lane and the senior students in the construction program for hosting demo stations where visiting students could practice using hand tools like sawing and hammering!

Eighth Grade Career Day

CCDI and Construction Forum teamed up at the Regional Youth Employment Coalition’s (RYEC) “Level Up” Conference at STLCC- Forest Park, hosted by STEMSTL, to talk to high school students about career opportunities in the construction industry!

Thank you to CCDI 2019 Alumni, Darnell Jamison & D’Von Johnson for participating in Eighth Grade Career Day for six middle schools in St. Louis City and talking to 130 students about a career in their respective construction trades!
