Spicy Shrimp Fiesta

Spicy Shrimp Guacamole Crisps Ingredients: 

2 medium sweet potatoes

2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil

1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp sea salt


1/4 tsp chipotle powder

1 Tbsp olive oil

Guacamole: 

4 avocados

1/2 cup cilantro

juice of 1 fesh lime

1-1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

sea salt, to taste


Spicy Shrimp Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Avocado Cream Ingredients: 

1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled

1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 Tbsp chili flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 avocado

1 Tbsp coconut milk (any other milk may work)

1/4 tsp fresh lime juice

2 medium sweet potatoes

a small bunch of Cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges to garnish


Spicy Shrimp Burrito Bowls Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1½ pounds shrimp

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 Tbsps coconut or olive oil

2 cups corn, (thawed if frozen)


½ red onion, diced

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup diced tomatoes (I used cherry)

1 lime, juiced

½ tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 cup brown rice

2 limes, juiced

⅓ cup chopped cilantro or parsley

Spicy Shrimp with Apple Salsa on Crisp Lettuce Wraps For the salsa:


1 large apple, chopped into small cubes

10 cherry tomatoes, chopped

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 small bunch of cilantro or parsley, chopped + a bit more to garnish

1 Tbsp avocado oil

juice from fresh 1 lime + a few thin slices to garnish

sea salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Shrimp: 

10 oz fresh shrimp, peeled

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp olive oil

10 big Romaine lettuce leaves

1 avocado, diced to garnish


Spicy Garlic Shrimp with Cauliflower Rice Ingredients: 

1 lb. shrimp

1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil + an extra tsp

1 head cauliflower, grated

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

sea salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp chili flakes

3 cups fresh chopped kale
