INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS *Fittings require 1/2 inch holes. 1. Slide the cable into the Fixed End Fitting until the cable is flush with the end of the Fixed End Fitting. Double crimp the Fixed End Fitting onto the cable. (See Diagram 1)
4. Slide the cable into the Threaded Crimp Fitting until the cable is flush with the threads. Double crimp the Angle Threaded Crimp Fitting onto the cable (See Diagram 1).
1 2 3 Each crimped fitting should be crimped twice (as shown). Check crimper dies occasionally to ensure that it is creating a secure, hexagonal crimp. CUT HERE

5. Slide the Angle Washer onto the Angle Tension Receiver, then insert the Angle Tension Receiver into the post and tighten it onto the Angle Threaded Crimp Fitting by hand.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for all cables.

7. Use the supplied tightening tool to hold Angle Threaded Crimp Fittings from rotating. Turn the Angle Tension Receiver with the supplied Allen Wrench. Tighten the center cable first, then alternate (one higher, one lower) until all cables have been tightened.

8. Tap Angle Insert Sleeves into the posts to finish installation. 9. Thoroughly clean the cables and all fittings. Trace amounts of iron may be on your stainless steel from tools and handling. The trace iron can rust or discolor your Viewrail installation. [continued on reverse side]

3. Hold the cable up to the side of the end post, pull the cable taut, mark and cut the cable 1 1/2" from the outside edge of the post. Be sure that the Fixed End Fitting is seated into the Angle Washer properly. (See Diagram 2).

2. Thread the cable through posts, making sure to put Angle Insert Sleeves on the cable as you go. Double check that the Angle Insert Sleeves and Angle Washers are facing the correct direction. The point of the Angle Washer should be pointing at the post [see diagram above].
