Ask Nathan 7 Scott Dear Nathan, I am a 37 year old woman who feels like I haven't accomplish any thing in my life. I have two kids and I take care of my mother who is dying from cancer. I am exhausted with the way things are now. How Do I redesign my life for my wife and kids. Best Wishes, Karen. Dear Karen First things first, you have accomplished something in your 37 years, you are raising two kids on your own and that is an accomplishment in itself. You are also nursing your mother which is another full time job. I am curious to know what it is that you are ultimately looking to accomplish. In the meantime, here are a few tips for you to start setting goals and reaching them. In order to redesign your life you are going to need structure. You should start with a list of things that you are actually looking to accomplish and look at that list daily. With that list, break down your goals into small, bite sized pieces if you will. Organize yourself each night before bed so that you know what you need to handle the following day. Make time for yourself. Sit your two kids and your mother down and have a conversation with them letting them know that for 2 hours you are going to retreat so that you have time for YOU. Get your family to pitch in. Teach your children how to do some of the simpler tasks, they are going to have to learn anyway, no better time like the present. Of course this is also pending their ages. If they are able to walk and talk, they are ready for simple chores. I hope this helps. Check in with me in about a month to let me know of your progress. Lastly, if you would like to hire me as your coach, I could support you in living a life that you love filled with accomplishment! ******** Nathan "Seven" Scott * Your Personal Life Coach * Experience Power, Passion & Fulfillment *

Business of Herndon Davis by: Cleavester Brooks Cleavester: Who is Herndon Davis? Herndon Davis: Intrinsically I am a spiritual being having a human experience. Professionally, I am a multi-media communications professional who focuses on pop culture through the lens of human diversity and entertainment. In particularly I concentrate on the points of view of peopleof-color, women and LGBT. Cleavester: How did you get your start? Herndon Davis: I wrote book and published a book titled, “Black Gay & Christian. That experience opened doors and windows of opportunities that I welcomed. And as I continued to evolve spiritually, these opportunities grew bigger and the challenges greater yet still rewarding. But most importantly I continued to say yes! Cleavester: What is your goal or goals for www.Herndondavis.com? Herndon Davis: Over the next few months I will have the entire website completely overhauled and redesigned but I will continue to promote it as a portal of diversity, entertainment, intellectual discussions about the important social issues that affect us all. Cleavester: What is Diversity TV? Herndon Davis: This is an online webcast version that I plan bring to television. The goal of Diversity TV places a face and voice on the vibrant men, women and youth who are changing this world through their talents and contributions. Again this is through the lens of diversity, as most people and issues I spotlight are people-of-color, women and LGBT. Cleavester: What is Diversity Radio? Herndon Davis: For those who prefer to listen to a podcast versus watching a webcast, this is a way to reach them as well. Whether you’re running on a treadmill, driving a car or hiking in a park you can keep up with social and entertainment issues of the day. Cleavester: What is Diversity Magazine? Herndon Davis: This is a collection of my personal commentaries, articles, as well as interviews all of which highlight diversity and entertainment. Writing is my biggest asset and it gives me peace of mind to be able to articulate the issues of the day through investigative, persuasive and academic based prose. Further, all of my writings are syndicated so it becomes yet another tool to introduce the world to individuals who make up the diversity of the planet. Cleavester: What is you first book about Black, Gay, and Christian?
Herndon Davis: It was a response to the wrong doctrine based on the misinterpretation of scripture in the bible in regards to homosexuality. It was also and inspirational guidebook to daily living focused on inspiring black LGBT. Cleavester: Are you writing another book? Herndon Davis: Yes I’m writing a spiritually based guidebook focused on how individuals can achieve business, career and personal success. It’s based on very simple spiritual principles, lessons and tips that I’ve gained throughout my life. Cleavester: Is Diversity Inc your only job or do you have a daytime job that pays the bills? Herndon Davis: I am a media consultant providing media, communications, PR and organizational assistance to small businesses and nonprofits. I also speak across the country on issues pertaining on to diversity. Cleavester: How do you manage everything that you have going on? Herndon Davis: I write down everything that needs to be done or what I desire to do in life then I prioritize it. I also set realistic mini-goals that get me to my bigger accomplishments! Cleavester: Are we going to see Herndon on the Red Carpet this year at the Bet Awards 09? Herndon Davis: I definitely intend to cover the event. I’m not sure about the details just yet but I’ll keep you posted!! Cleavester: You were on a cable network what happen to the show? Herndon Davis: Initially the show focused solely on black LGBT which made it difficult to gain sponsorship/advertisers. As a result I was not able to sustain it on the air in that particular format. I’m now retooling the show online focusing on overall human diversity with plans to bring it back to the air again. Cleavester: Do you see yourself on another network in the future? Herndon Davis: Yes definitely! My online show has been pitched to three different networks. I can’t say who and in what capacity, but I can promise you that you will be seeing me on television soon. Cleavester: How did the Television show come about? Were you approach to do the show or did they ask you to do it? Television came about as a form of activism. I was speaking in Lemiert Park, a mostly black area of town about gay issues. I was challenged by a homophobic attendee. From there I got the spark of doing something bigger than just me speaking locally, instead I wanted to speak nationally through the vehicle of a TV show that would spotlight these issues. I pitched to every network gay, straight and public access but no one believed that black gay anything would hold the attention of an viable large audience. So I purchased time on a network while continuing to pitch this concept to advertisers.
Today I’m pitching a diversity model that incorporates more entertainment but still touches upon the importance of social issues. Cleavester: For those that want to have a show on television how do you go about doing that? Herndon Davis: There are primarily three ways: 1. Pitch your idea to network execs along with a pilot of what it would look like, the audience demographics, etc. Ideally the network will say yes and then purchase a number of episodes for airing. 2. Create a season’s worth of episodes and purchase time on a retail network that rents time in their lineup similar to the way that informmercials are sold. Just go online to the national cable stations plus Direct and Dish TV web sites and look at their channel line ups. Then look up the networks online and view them on TV. If you think there’s a fit, then inquire if you can purchase time on the network for your show. 3. Create a season’s worth of episodes and broadcast them online as webcasts. Drive network execs, publicists, producers to your site every week to show new content and the viability of the show being on television Cleavester: What's Next for Herndon Davis? This year 09 and in the future? Herndon Davis: I plan on expanding Diversity TV and also plan to incorporate a live audience at some of my tapings. In addition I’m planning to increase my speaking engagements and consulting practice. Cleavester: What do you want you legacy to be when you leave this earth? Herndon Davis: That through my work I was able to helped shine the light brighter on the fact that we are all indeed ONE.

Measuring Up Cum pigs break the tape measure with their big dicks and it’s a hard call to decide who wins the title of biggest, baddest dicksman in Measuring Up. There’s so many inches of stiff competition between super sexy Jovannie, muscular top man Shaft, cocksman Sho-Nuff and pile-driving Run 30 that their lucky bottoms have nothing to complain about. There’s enough French kissing, ass rimming, ball sucking, cock swallowing, hardcore fucking and cum spurting action in this movie to turn a straight man gay!
Cleavester says: I absolutely loved this video honey this boys can do me any day. That Jovannie really has the skills of something great honey. This man knows how to work the pipe. Call me and I will call you daddy. Verdict : Buy it for you and your friends Boy Country From the press notes, courtesy of Buckshot Productions: "A lakeside summer barbecue, and hot young boys all packing some major meat - it's the perfect recipe for hot and sizzling summer fun. The mountain air is intoxicating as these young men lose themselves in what can only be described as Boy Country. The Dock: Get out your rod, your bait and tackle, because there's plenty of action to catch as David West and Bobby Clark take the boat out on the lake for a lazy afternoon of half-naked fishing. Talk about "smoke on the water." The Rock: A crowd of young Buckshot studs gathers for a summertime barbecue. All eyes follow as sexy Arthur Gordon and super hunk Matthias Vannelli break away from the crowd for some one-on-one guy action down by the water. The Swing: Meanwhile, back at the barbecue, Trystian Sweet plays a flirty
game of eye tag with rough and ready Colton Steele. They slip away from the crowd quick and easily, taking advantage of their new found privacy to get to know each other much more intimately. The Fling: The gathering of hunks comes to a close as host Guy Parker thanks his sexy young guests for coming to the barbecue. But one stud isn't ready to leave just yet. Andrew Blue stays behind to thank his host - up close and personal."

DVD Movies Coffee Date What if your good-for-nothing brother set you up on a hot date and got the gender wrong…or did he? The Top 10 Signs of Down Low J.L. King, New York Times best selling author of "On the Down Low: A Journey into the Lives of ‘Straight’ Black Men Who Sleep with Men" releases the sequel DVD, The Top 10 Signs of ‘ Down Low’ Behavior. The DVD not only provides answers to that never ending question, “What are the signs of a man on the Down Low?” — it also provides practical information on how women, and men can make better decisions about sex, relationships, and HIV/AIDS awareness in our communities. “For years women have asked me to give them the signs of a DL man; and for years, I did not want to frighten them about dating, and ultimately marriage,” says J.L. King. The ‘down low’ is a universal phenomenal that spreads across the board, ranging from same sex intimate encounters and drug addictions to illegal activities and ’straight’ sexual affairs. The Top 10 Signs of ‘ Down Low’ Behavior DVD provides dramatic scenes on every day situations between men and women, and men. Each characterization sets the tone for the specific signs that represent discrete behaviors, and creates awareness about what HIV/AIDS is doing to our women, particularly African Americans. “As a father [to a daughter and two sons], friend and uncle, I want to continue
to be a role model to women who don’t otherwise have a male companion who’ll be candid, open and frank about men, and our sexual desires,” adds King.
