Since I was a child I always wanted to be an inventor. I loved rare gadgets and all of the gadgets from the movies. I was told by everyone that an “inventor was not a real profession and to do what I wanted I would have to pursue engineering. Therefore, I decided to study everything related to technological studies. That was until I heard of a degree in Industrial Design. Once I began my degree I started to fall in love with all types of design. I liked to sketch, render and design in 3D, but above all I liked watching great ideas, that were never seen before, turn into revolutionary products. I was fascinated by the world of industrial design and that is why I have decided to dedicate myself to this industry.

Citric Rocket The Citric Rocket is a minimalist squeezer that uses the conical shape to increase the squeeze of the orange. It’s very easy to clean due to that is in one piece and more fast and easy to use. This design reminds the “Streamline” of 1937 because it is characterized by horizontal lines and curved shapes, plus like a spaceship.

Two-week project made at college about redesigning a desktop lamp by IKEA called Lagra Lamp that is really cheap, 2,99â‚Ź. The goal of this project is adding some value to the product in some way: more quality materials, better finishes, better aesthetics... My personal goal was maintaining the cheapness of the product. The regular Lagra Lamp is so simple, it has four freedom degrees but are not enough to point the light to the wished point by the user. So the solution is increasing the freedom degrees to have more control of the bulb.
B.Lagra Lamp First of all I the quartering of the product to see all the items it has.
Seen all materials and manufacturing processes involved in this design the proposal of doing an improvement of the design maintaining the price was making a rotational axis in the base of the tube and a extendable tube.
To make those things possible in a cheap way I create an axis that could be blocked with an ergonomic screw and a telescopic tube.

While making those cheap and good solutions I got to the conclusion that the final price of the product could be about 5,99â‚Ź, so it increased just a little.
