CLERMONT COUNTY, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING & DRAFT CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The Clermont County Consolidated Plan is the strategic planning document that addresses the community development, housing assistance and public service needs throughout Clermont County. The Consolidated Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about June 25, 2020. The funds distributed within the Entitlement Program are to benefit low to moderate income persons. The Consolidated Plan includes a Housing and Homeless Needs Assessment, Housing Market Analysis, the Strategic Plan, Fair Housing Assessment and the Annual Action Plan, and a summary of the public participation process. The Plan proposes to provide funding for the following activities under the Community Development Block Grant program: CDBG Program Administration, $190,335 Fair Housing Public Services, Housing, $783,751 Infrastructure, Economic Development CARES Act $573,302 These funding allocations are preliminary and are contingent upon the allocation of funds by HUD and the approval by the Board of Commissioners. Clermont County will make the Draft Consolidated Plan available for public review for a period of five (5) days. Written comments must be received by June 8, 2020 to be considered.
