EXHIBITS See Also 2022 Art Installation Our annual See Also summer art installation in the Eastman Reading Garden hosts interactive, engaging public art projects through a generous endowment from the Lockwood Thompson Fund. This year’s installation is created by Yeju Choi and Chat Travieso, designers/artists based in New York City. Yeju & Chat has been creating site-specific, community-based, and socially engaged public art projects since 2013.

Free, brief legal advice & referral clinics for low–income individuals needing assistance with civil legal issues such as housing, family law, education, personal safety, health and public benefits, work and income, and immigration (no criminal matters). Seed Library In collaboration with the Cleveland Seed Bank, the Seed Library at Cleveland Public Library allows you to “check out” a packet of heirloom seeds to grow your own vegetables or flowers. We offer 20 varieties of vegetable, herb, and edible flower seeds. Visit a Seed Library at any of the following library locations:

A variety of FREE meal packages are available at neighborhood branches through a partnership with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Contact your neighborhood branch for details. Kids’ Café, all branches and Youth Services, Main Library, 4th floor Nutritious lunches for kids and teens, ages 18 and under. Backpack Meals, select locations A two-day supply of meals, including two breakfasts, two entrees, and two snacks, for youth ages 18 and under. Family Food Boxes, select locations A free 20–30-pound box of non-perishable dry goods including milk, pasta, rice, and canned goods such as fruit and tuna available for pick-up by families and adults.

BOOKS BY MAIL

Can’t make it to the Library? Let us bring the Library to you. Cleveland Public Library users may receive their favorite books and movies at home by mail. Several programs are available: Homebound Service is available for eligible seniors and people with disabilities. Words on Wheels is a FREE service is available to adult residents of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, which includes Cleveland, Bratenahl, Newburgh Heights, and Linndale. LIBRARY CARDS Library cards are available to adults, children, and teens who reside, work, or attend an educational institution in the State of Ohio. Special Scholar Success Library Cards are available to young people age 17 and under. eCards are available for access to electronic resources such as ebooks, emedia, research databases, etc. Apply online at cpl.org. Educator Cards are available to teachers in schools or licensed childcare centers. Apply for a library card, eCard, or educator card at any Cleveland Public Library location or online at cpl.org.
