with over 4 years of professional experience, Cliff has developed a robust compendium of work having been involved in all phases from SD to CA. Within the conceptual side, Cliff has worked directly with Junya Ishigami to develop thoughtful yet aspirational concepts within the residential and institutional realm. From a technical level, Cliff has worked independently to procure administrative documents for BD approval and coordinated daily liaison measures for a wide spectrum of project scales within the education, healthcare, hospitality and retail sectors. As a direct line from the end users and design directors, Cliff regularly coordinates value engineering tactics to further develop design misalignments while liaising with external facade engineers, internal MEP consultants, quantity surveyors and signage advisors to detect and execute managed solutions.
