Reorders less than $150 are subject to a $20 service charge. Orders less than minimum quantities per our price list will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations must be in writing and reach our office 1 week prior to ship date. Refused orders and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
CREDIT
New accounts must apply for credit by supplying bank information and at least 3 credit references. Delinquent accounts will be placed on prepayment or credit card basis only. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept COD. Accounts 60 days past due will be placed for collection.

Net 30 days from date of invoice for accounts with established credit.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped ground delivery method unless otherwise requested.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Our policy is to credit your account for damaged goods. Claims for damaged goods must be reported to CIC within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All damaged merchandise and packing material must be retained in its original carton for inspection. Returns will not be accepted without authorization from CIC. Call tags will not be issued, but we will reimburse you for return freight if the return is due to any fault of ours. All shortage claims must be made within 3 days.
BACKORDERS
We make every effort to ship orders quickly and completely, but occasionally an item must be backordered. We ship backorders over $50 without special notice as soon as the item arrives back in stock. All backorders under $50 are considered cancelled. You may provide us with special instructions regarding the shipping of backorders when an order is placed.
