This two-level condo is currently being used as a 3 bedroom home and offers stunning downtown views, 2-car parking, an extra-large balcony, incredible amenities, and world-class living, plus the best of South Beach right outside your front door. Prepare a full-course meal in your gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art Bosch appliances, a vented hood, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Studio Becker cabinetry, a custom tile backsplash, upgraded stone countertops, and a gas range that was only included in the top levels of the building. Off of the dining area is a walk-out balcony that runs the length of the home, allowing guests to take in fresh air while enjoying a sunset. A powder room where guests can freshen up is easily accessible from the living areas, and the charm of this main level continues as you walk down the hall to a large enclosed den that the sellers currently use as a third bedroom, allowing separation of space from the upstairs bedrooms while still taking in the magnificent city view. There is also an additional Murphy bed outside of this room. The second level of this penthouse boasts two large bedrooms with oversized walk-in closet spaces. Each bedroom has been carpeted with top-of-the-line deluxe carpeting providing additional comfort. The penthouse also has a built-in office area at the top of the second level, providing a great space to finalize work or studies. Each athroom showcases Carrara marble counter vanities, Studio Becker cabinetry, and spa-like fixtures in the showers over tubs, which provide the clean modernist lines that a San Francisco penthouse should emulate. Custom light fixtures, closet systems, in-unit laundry, and window treatments complete this home.

AQ RESTAURANT
DARWIN
SOMA offers so many amazing dining options to choose from. One of my recent favorites is AQ Restaurant and Bar at 1085 Mission Street. The menu changes seasonally and it keeps me coming back for something new each time. Great food and cocktails and the decor and ambiance is impressive as well. Check out the private dining option if you’re looking for an intimate setting to celebrate a special occasion. It’s worth it!
Darwin is one of those special “off-the-beaten-path” places that I love to visit when in SOMA. With a combination of indoor and outdoor seating, Darwin has a home-like feel that just makes you feel good. Whether it’s one of their amazing cups of coffee, an incredible sandwich, or their legendary kale salad, Darwin will put a smile on your face every time!

BRAINWASH
Afer a long day of open houses, head over to Tempest at 431 Natoma Street. They have great drinks and a fun SF crowd.
Brainwash is a combination laudromat and cafe—a surprisingly excellent combination! Between their cider, cheese fries, pinball, and comedy nights, doing my laundry has never been so enjoyable. On Folsom between 7th and 8th Streets, it’s also just down the street from City Beer Store for take-home beverages.

FERRARI DINO RETURNS after four decades. Dino was launched in 1968 as a sub-brand of the Italian auto maker, and was used on the V6 and V8 powered models it produced through 1976.
