Hecho on Sutter St. next to the Galleria Hotel is a unique spin on a sushi bar. As you walk in to the establishment you are greeted by a Mariachi band. Hecho unites tequila and sushi to create a wonderful dining experience. They have spicy margaritas and do tequila pairing with fish chosen by the chefs. My favorite roll has to be the Hecho Roll topped with pico de gallo: not real pico but it does add a little spice and tastes like spring. Make sure to clear your schedule– it’s very easy to spend hours here!
