A WORD FROM CLIMB For many students of every age and throughout the nation, September is back to school month. Growing up in New Jersey, September for me often meant a new LL Bean backpack, Trapper Keeper, and Hush Puppies. For those of us in the real estate community, September is also a new beginning of a different sort — new Fall housing inventory. The week following Labor Day finds the arrival of many eager homes ready to find their new owners. For our sixth edition of Climb’s Vantage, we feature some of the best new homes for fall.
