Right now, there are two finished rooms with great light and wood floors, a laundry room with washerdryer and a half bathroom. Great for use as a guest suite and office/den. But in the future? Check out the proposed plans to install a staircase from the kitchen to the lower level. Sports enthusiast? Weekend mechanic? Lover of luggage? The garage is officially shared with 1-car tandem parking per unit but the garage is massive and can accommodate additional parking plus significant storage.

SIGHTGLASS COFFEE
BLOODHOUND
This is not your typical neighborhood coffee house. In February, they launched Top Bar on the mezzanine, a space to pay homage to their special coffees presented in various brew methods, encouraging a dialogue with the customer regarding its origin and characteristics. For coffee aficionados of the Bay Area, this is worth the trek across the new Bay Bridge.
I love a fantastic handcrafted cocktail in the very relaxing setting of Bloodhound at 1145 Folsom Street. They’re not your everyday cocktails but a taste of traditional classic drinks that help you refresh after a long day or ease into the weekend. It’s an all wood, country-inspired decor nestled in the vibrant heart of SOMA. You can’t miss the pool table in the back as well for some good times, and the employees are very friendly!

TERROIR NATURAL WINE MERCHANT
MISS SAIGON
Terroir Natural Wine Merchant is my favorite neighborhood wine bar. While it’s more expensive than your local pub, there is a great selection of fine wines. It’s a great hidden gem on Folsom Street.
There are not enough restaurant options open in SOMA on a Sunday night. If you live in South Beach, Mission Bay or SOMA and want something inexpensive and “ethnic”, Miss Saigon makes a great replacement for Tu Lan - I like it better. It has very easy parking. I love the pho, festive cartoons, music and lights. It’s kind of campy. Try it!
