We encourage our guests to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the appointment to enjoy the exclusive spa facilities and ensure a smooth arrival and registration process. As a courtesy to the next guest, any late arrival will result in a reduction of the treatment time.

We strongly encourage your participation in the Longevity Hub workshops. These present a unique opportunity to stay informed about the latest scientific discoveries in the field of longevity, to gain insights into new strategies for enhancing our daily habits, and to establish enduring connections with a community of individuals who share a common aspiration for a longer and healthier life.

MOVEMENT FACILITIES

Our state-of-the-art movement facilities are at the disposal of both our in-house guests and members seven days a week, from 06:00 to 22:00. If you are interested in personalized training sessions, we invite you to contact our expert movement specialist team.

For facility access, kindly note that visitors must be at least 16 years of age and must wear appropriate athletic attire.

Should you wish to design your own customized training program during your stay, our team of movement specialists is readily available to provide guidance and support.

We highly recommend all our guests to take advantage of our movement assessment circuit. This assessment not only offers valuable insights into your body composition but also provides valuable insights into your cognitive functions and movement-reflex responses, offering a comprehensive understanding of your overall wellbeing.

ENVIRONMENT

The Longevity Hub environment is a place where we foster community, wellbeing, and relaxation. Young adults over 16 years old are welcome to visit. The Longevity Hub team invites its guests to respect other guests’ privacy by maintaining a low tone of voice. Guests are required to wear swimwear in common areas, including the hydrotherapy journey, sauna, and steam bath.

The use of mobile phones and cameras is not allowed inside the facilities. The Longevity Hub provides robes, towels, slippers, and disposable underwear when applicable. Undergarments should always be worn to ensure guests’ complete privacy and modesty.

The Hub is a smoke-free environment.

HEALTH CONCERNS

Please advise the Longevity Hub team of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect the treatments or use of the facilities.

We encourage our guests to do the Longevity Index on their first day. This will provide sufficient relevant information to customize the best wellbeing and health journey to our guests and members.

Medical consultation is mandatory for all aesthetic and medical procedures.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or beverage into the spa.

Our guests can enjoy a healthy selection of drinks and healthy snacks in the Longevity Bar.

GENDER POLICY

In adherence to the local U.A.E. law regarding massage and body treatments, male guests will be attended by male therapists and female guests will be attended by female therapists.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The Longevity Hub and One&Only One Za’abeel does not assume responsibility for loss of any valuables on the Longevity Hub premises. We recommend our guests wear no jewelry at the spa although a jewelry tray and lockers are available for the safekeeping of valuables.

HOME CARE

To continue your Longevity journey at home, most products used in our treatments are available to buy at reception.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Longevity Hub gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the treatment or purchase.
